Welcome to Silver Void's Refund & Return Policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the information below regarding returns, refunds, and your rights as a customer.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact.silvervoid@gmail.com within this 14-day period. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the item received is defective or damaged.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Jewelry
Headwear
Swimwear
Other personal or hygiene-related products

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, Silver Void will reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs after the defect has been confirmed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we aim to process your refund within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
All accessories, labels, and tags must be included.
The return package must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Responsibility

Silver Void is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Cancellation requests can only be accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
